Copper Moon offers a service that can be a tremendous help to people who are interested in our shutters, but are having difficulty imagining how our various styles will look on their home.

If you email us a digital photo of your house, and indicate which style(s) of shutter you’d like to see on the windows, we can apply them graphically. If you have an idea of what color you’d like to paint or stain them, give us that information also, and we’ll return a picture to you showing your home with the finished product. There is no charge for this service, and it should give you more confidence in your style and color selections.

Since Copper Moon also provides custom design shutters, we are often called upon to design a shutter that meets certain requirements that off-the-shelf shutters are not suited for. Shutters required as unique architectural elements, beyond the run-of-the-mill louvered and raised panel shutters, are designed for particular home designs. Also, shutter sizes can vary considerably – from extremely small, single-shutters to very large double-shutters.

One customer had large floor-to-ceiling windows measuring >10 feet tall by 6 feet wide, and wanted the shutters to be sized to be functional (cover the entire window when closed). You can’t find this size at your local home supply store.
